It confirmed some of the ways I work already (and gave them names!) but is also gave me lots of new ideas to work with and new things I can try. I've already put some of it into practice and received good feedback. rnI've made lots of notes which I'm sure I'll refer to time and time again. rnThe communication I'm responsible for is usually not the most interesting subjects - but often critical - and my readers (internal) are very busy. The new tricks I've learned will help me to make my communication material look more interesting, to hook the reader so that they read the whole article and hopefully help them remember the key points. rnI was very impressed with the whole experience and have no hesitation in recommending this course.
