Doing it: Delegates will identify which of their own, and their teams’ tasks could be delegated to others.

  • Handling interruptions
  • Managing expectations of your workload to others
  • How to say no

Doing it: Delegates will role-play saying 'no' scenarios without creating conflict.

Doing it: Delegates work on ways to deal with an effectiveness issue that they have identified

This course provides you with practical skills that you can apply immediately to your own time and day. We send you away with a list of “To dos” to focus on after your training and will follow-up with you to see how you are getting on. We are always here if you have any queries at all.
