17 gain PPA’s certificates through ContentETC

A total of 17 journalists graduated with the Professional Publisher’s Association (PPA) certificates run by ContentETC and UEL this week.

The certificates are growing in popularity as a result of the association of ContentETC and the PPA.

Special rate at UEL

13 were from the University of East London.  The PPA has negotiated a special rate for the PPA’s professional certificate for UEL students.  I tutor the students in their final, hectic year.  And they won 5 distinctions, 7 merits and a pass.

Two more outside UEL won the professional certificate: one of which, Declan Lynch, was able to attend the awards.

And two more won the foundation certificate through ContentETC.

The awards were well chaired by Jim Douglas, editorial director of Future Publishing, and Tim Danton of Dennis Publishing.
